Property Description

Your own private oasis awaits in this executive home in Decatur. Start your days with coffee and a show through the breakfast room bay window, because the mature foliage out back brings all the birds to your yard. Watch your productivity soar in the spacious home office; the abundance of natural light is invigorating and helps you look your best on all those zoom meetings, even if you're not wearing real pants. Your guests can enjoy their own private quarters on the main level, while you keep your thoughts on day three about guests and fish to yourself in the primary suite upstairs. On the nights you don't want to meet friends for dinner in downtown Decatur, mere minutes away, you can host a large group in the dining room, as you attempt to recreate the latest dish you had overseas with ingredients you grabbed at nearby Dekalb Farmer's Market. And once they've all gone home for the evening, you can soak away your disappointment or celebrate with champagne in the soaking tub of your newly renovated primary bath. It all depends on how much they appreciated your culinary skills. ;) Everyday living is easy in this home with plenty of storage, space to spread out and easy access to I-285, Hwy 78, CDC, Emory, the upcoming Lulah Hills development, downtown Decatur, parks, shopping and more. Come see for yourself!
